In a first, PPSU is launching the B.Com Honors with ACCA course in collaboration with ACCA-UK
This course will open doors for Indian students, especially students from Gujarat, to practice standardized accounting in companies and establishments in the Middle East and European countries. ACCA is recognized in over 170 countries around the world and the direct collaboration of PPSU will enable students to take an international standard accounting course in South Gujarat.
Founded in 1904, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is the global professional accountancy body offering the Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualification. It has 233,000 members and 536,000 future members worldwide. ACCA’s headquarters are in London, with a main administrative office in Glasgow. ACCA works through a network of over 110 offices and centers in 51 countries – with 346 Approved Learning Partners (ALPs) and over 7,600 Approved Employers worldwide who provide employee development. ACCA also works in Nepal, India, China and Pakistan
PPSU has also collaborated with Griffith College in Ireland for a unique Information Technology (IT) ‘Credit Transfer Programme’ for UG and PG. Students from a variety of study backgrounds can enroll in these “credit transfer programs” for BSc (Hons-8/ORD-7) in Computer Science and MSc. In Computer Science, Big Data Management and Analytics, Network and Information Security to move to campus in Ireland.
