The OneLearn Global Diversity course heralds a new era of interactive communication in a globally inclusive era

OneLearn Global, a leading provider of training solutions for the maritime, energy, hospitality and industrial sectors, launches its new interactive e-learning program, raising awareness and inspiring better understanding cultural differences generated within a globally diverse workforce.

OLG’s Diversity course is designed to help business leaders and employees take advantage of cultural differences and provide equal and fair access to opportunities in an era of increasing globalization.

The highly interactive diversity course will enable participants to apply the concepts of diversity and inclusion and equip them with the valuable skills and tools needed to support a diverse workplace.

The training is covered by a series of six individual programs which will focus on equality, equity and diversity, the key characteristics of a diverse workforce, why we should embrace diversity, overcoming barriers and how to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Students will be guided through on-screen lessons with scenario-based activities, assessments, and audio-visual content. The course contains interactive content and assessments for all types of learners.

Diversity and Inclusion in the Age of Globalization

Learners will be able to complete the OLG Diversity course and subsequent assessment online, using their computer or smart device. Student progress, completion and assessment scores will be stored on OLG’s Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

At the end of the course, participants will understand and be able to explain the difference between equality, equity and diversity. They will recognize the importance and benefits of having a diverse workforce and suggest simple ways to embrace diversity and improve work environments. Participants will understand and also be able to identify behaviors that are considered discriminatory in the workplace.
